A regional gelato café in Maitland NSW, the unique strategy proposition for this project was to design a café with simple but effective interior elements so the client could self-build the store.

This business was part of the highly successful local council initiated ‘Made in Maitland’ campaign to promote local products to the greater Newcastle area.
